Returns & refunds

Request a return within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped or brought to our Ottawa store within 7 days.

To be considered for return, a hijab must be:

• Unworn except for a brief, careful try-on
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Free from perfume, smoke, makeup, hair products, marks, and scents
• Undamaged and free from pulls, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
• In resalable condition after inspection

Use our contact form with the order number and item or colour. Do not mail a return until Nasiye provides instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Use a trackable shipping service because Nasiye cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a Nasiye error or an item confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective.

Nasiye inspects returned items before approving a refund. An approved refund is submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection; banks and card providers may require additional posting time.

Direct exchanges are not available during the initial online launch. Return an eligible item and place a new order if you would like another colour.

Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Discounted items remain eligible unless they were explicitly marked Final Sale when purchased.

Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. Keep the item and packaging until instructions are provided. Eligible corrections are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
